Our method of processing information treats the 'absence of information as significant in itself.'

In compliance with our operational definition of social responsibility, we consider the absence of information to be information that should be classified (deficiencies in formalising objectives, reporting errors, withholding information, etc.).
The absence or total lack of access to information considered to be the company's responsibility is scored as showing no evidence of commitment.

In contrast, the absence of information, particularly of a controversial nature coming from stakeholders is assumed to be in the company's favour.
