The Ethibel Pioneer label was created in 1992. It certifies that an investment contains only pioneer companies in social responsibility, included in the Pioneer Register, as defined by Forum Ethibel.
The Pioneer Register fluctuates around 250 companies, scattered over 24 sectors and 3 regions: Europe (57%), Asia-Pacific (20%) and the United States (23%).
At the end of 2005, the totality of investment funds bearing the Ethibel label (Pioneer or Excellence) amounted to more than €1.2 billion.
