It is organized by the European Council, the Economic, Social and Environmental Council of France (CESE) as well as the European Social and Economic Committee. 50 years after the European Social Charter was adopted, it is now an enforceable norm for the Member States of the European Council. This event, open to the general public, will bring together political decision-makers, representatives from the judicial and academic spheres, trade unions and employers’ organizations as well as other organizations from society at large.
