Under the responsability of our Finance and Administration Director, you will:

• Manage day to day accountability
• Ensure payable accountant and follow up payment
• Ensure receivables accountants and do suppliers invoices payment
• Prepare payroll in links with HR 
• Establish and pay social and tax declarations 
• Prepare mounthly and quaterly closing
  

• Coordinate policy and accounting procedures for the different locations (Belgium, Italy, Morocco)

• Data Production: configuration, launching and verification of jobs, collection and organization of data, creation of files and documents for office automation
• Extraction of data for statistical use and reporting
• Technical Assistance: administration of systems and authorisations, configuration, office automation/network support
