After an experience at Ateliers Sans Frontières, Pauline undertook an apprenticeship at Ernst&Young as an auditor. Before joining Vigeo, she also worked at Accor’s corporate sponsorship department. |

Holder of a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and a Master of complementary studies in Business Economics (University Ghent), Frederic Ghys worked on communication and research for Forum ETHIBEL, the European Ethibel quality label for socially responsible and ethical investments. He joined Vigeo Belgium in January 2008. |

Graduate from Sciecnes Po Paris, Federico Ibarguen has an MA research degree in International Relations. Federico joined the CERI (Centre d’Études et Recherches Internationales) and worked for 3 years for EDF R&D preparing his ph.D on EDF’s transnational CSR based on EDF unprivileged customers policies in Argentina, Brazil, UK and France. Federico joined Vigeo in 2008 as an SRI Analyst. |

Holder of a B.A. in International Studies in the field of international cooperation and development of the Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (Morocco), Mehdi Kejji took part into a project of revenue creation for Erfoud local community (South-Eastern Morocco). Mehdi joined Vigeo as a Junior Analyst in 2008. |

Houssam Lahrech holds a bachelor degree in BBA in Finance and Marketing from Al Akhawayn University (Morocco). Houssam earned a certificate from the 2006 Graduate Summer Program in Post Keynesian, Institutionalist and Feminist Economics at the University of Missouri Kansas City (USA). He also attended the University of North Florida (USA) within an exchange program with focus on Investment Psychology. Prior to joining Vigeo in April 2008 as an SRI analyst, he worked in Morocco at Financial Services Volunteer Corps, an American non-profit organization providing technical assistance on developing financial sector reforms in emerging countries. |

A graduate in Political Sciences and holder of a post-graduate diploma in Cooperation in Development (University of Ghent - Belgium), Jordi Lesaffer worked in a development project in Venezuela for three years before accepting a position as coordinator for the Flemish social economy network. Before joining Vigeo Belgium, he worked in the Belgian Federal social economy network. |

Bachelor's of business administration degree from the American university in Morocco (Al Akawayn University) in 2005, Mourad persued academic education in London where he get his master degree of science in finance from Webster university then he worked as assistant of financial advisors in the marketing research department of the Consulting Arab group in London. Mourad joined Vigeo in 2008. |

A graduate in Languages and Business Studies of University College (London), holder of an MA in International Relations from the London School of Economics (London), Flavia Micilotta collaborated for several years in various projects related to human rights and social rights matters under the aegis of the United Nations. She then worked for Euromoney Institutional Investors before being hired within the Sustainable Development Department of Deloitte Consulting while finishing her Master's Degree course in Environmental Management and CSR at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (Pisa - Italy). Flavia Micilotta joined Vigeo Belgium in 2005. |

Laurence Nhan - SRI Intern (French) |

Laurence Nhan will receive a "Master’s in Management" degree (from ESCP-EAP Paris) at the end of year 2008. For her research paper, Laurence studied the issue of sustainable tourism in developing countries, with a particular focus on South-East Asia. She is currently an intern at the SRI department of Vigeo in Paris. |

Federico holds a B.A. in Communication Science and a Master Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility Management (University of Bologna). In 2005, he obtained a Master Degree in Economic Decisions and CSR at the University of Castellanza. During an internship placement at Avanzi SRI Research (now Vigeo Italia) and other professional experience in the Social Responsible Investments domain, Federico started working in extra-financial analysis and corporate governance research. |

Holder of a diploma in Political Sciences, Laetitia Roesems was awarded a post-graduate degree in Management and Development by the Institute for Development Policy and Management (University of Antwerp - Belgium). During a year spent in South Africa, she was active within a community development centre and an SME support programme. In 2001, Laetitia Roesems joined the Stock and Stake team (now Vigeo Belgium) and specialized in the study of government and IFI (International Financial Institutions) bonds. |

With a Master’s degree in Social and Economic Sciences (Université de Nantes), a DESS in Audit of NGOs at the Institut Universitaire Professionnalisé of Mans, and a Master’s degree in Management of Corporate Social Responsibility (Ecole Supérieure des Affaires de Paris XII), Meriem has worked for the division of sustainable development of the AXA Group on issues regarding environmental management and relations with stakeholders. |

Holder of a Master’s Degree in Political Science with a specialisation in International Organisations and International Cooperation (Uppsala University, Sweden), Kristina Svanteson has been active within several NGO's. Kristina was in charge of a non-discrimination project at the Uppsala Red-Cross Youth Society (Sweden) and she volunteered for a local NGO in Belize. Before joining Vigeo in 2008, she worked as an intern at the Department for Corporate Partnerships at Handicap International in Paris. |

Currently, Annabelle Szwed is finishing a Master’s programme in International Business, specialised in risks and opportunities management, at Sciences Po Bordeaux. Annabelle holds a French and German diploma from the European Institute of Business and Management. During this period, she spent 2 years abroad in a program combining work and studies (Germany – England). She also wrote a thesis on companies/sustainable development relationship. Annabelle joined Vigeo in April 2008 as an intern for 8 months, to support the Institutional Methods and Relations department. |
