An expert in environmental matters, Dirk Van Braeckel began his career with a position as a sociology trainer before becoming coordinator of "Arbeid in Milieu", an NGO active in relations between work and the environment. He acquired experience in the defence of social and environmental matters. In 1999, he joined the Stock at Stake team in the capacity of Research Director, as a specialist in the development of methodology. He was later appointed Head of SRI Research for Vigeo. |

He holds a B.A. in Law and an European Master in Environmental Management. He is one of the partners of Avanzi, with skills in green innovations management, CSR and Corporate governance. He is also member of the Board of Vigeo Italia. He is one of the promoters and the General Secretary of the Italian Forum for the Sustainable Finance and is a member of the board of Eurosif, a pan-european stakeholder network encourages and develops sustainable and responsible investment and better corporate governance. |

After a B.A. in Environmental Science, she worked at Fondazione Eni Entico Mattei, a non-profit research institution established to carry out research in the field of sustainable development. She focused on energy sector consultancy. At Avanzi SRI (now Vigeo Italia) she is the head of the SRI analyst team, with duties in coordinating the research activity and clients’ delivery. |

Holder of a Master's Degree in Management Sciences (MSG) and a Master's Degree in Company Social Responsibility Management from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires of Paris XII, Linda worked in the Suez Ethics Group on Responsible Purchasing, before joining the VIGEO Group as an analyst. |

Hiroaki Aoki - Analyst (Japanese) |

Hiroaki Aoki received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Commerce and Management from Hitotsubashi University (Japan) in 2001 and 2003 respectively. He joined Stock at Stake (now Vigeo Belgium) in September 2003 as an analyst covering the Asia-Pacific region. |

Charlotte Bancilhon - Analyst (French) |

After earning a diploma in International Relations at the University of Colorado (United States), Charlotte became Marketing Manager for an SME. She then earned a Master's Degree in Social Responsibility of Companies Management at Paris XII, and worked as Social Responsibility of Companies analyst at Innovest, a corporate social responsibility notation agency. |

Dominik Benedikt - Analyst (Austrian) |

A graduate from Sciences Po Paris with a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy, Dominik also earned a graduate certificate in Environmental Management from the University of Melbourne. Prior to joining Vigeo as an analyst, Dominik worked on carbon markets, including the sourcing of carbon credits from CDM projects, at Natixis’ European Carbon Fund. He also worked on CSR at insurer Aviva Australia’s where he launched the company’s first GHG report. |

After a Master’s degree in International Negotiations - specialisation China (Université de Provence), Estelle specialised in energy issues at the Alliance to Save Energy in Washington DC (energy efficiency) and UNIDO’s International Small Hydropower Center in Hangzhou, China (access to energy). She then worked on and collaborated in the negotiations of the agreement on corporate responsibility of the EDF Group. |

A graduate of Toulouse Business School (ESC Toulouse, France), Pierre Blanc is also holder of a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Economics (University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne). After an experience as CSR Analyst within CFIE, a French NGO, he was in charge of two "pôles de compétitivité" (System@tic Paris-Région and Advancity) within Research and Innovation department of Ile-de-France Regional Council. Pierre joined vigeo in 2008. |

He began his career with a position as assistant to the FUNDP (Université de Namur - Belgium) before becoming campaign coordinator and international delegate for "Friends of the Earth", an NGO based in Belgium. Albert Charlier joined Stock at Stake (now Vigeo Belgium) in 2000, where he specializes in environmental matters. |

Ornella Di Iorio - Analyst (Italian) |

Holder of a Master's Degree in Political Economics (Bocconi University, Milan) and a Master of Science in Economics (UCL, London), Ornella Di Iorio worked in the capacity of consultant at the International Labour Organization in Geneva, then accepted a position in Paris, as research officer in corporate governance at the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development). She also collaborated with the Ethnifinance extra-financial analysis agency before joining the Vigeo Group. |

Holder of a B.A in Chinese language & civilisation from the Paris Institute of Oriental studies and a master in international business of Sciences-Po Paris, Helene Drouet first worked for the Energy, Environment & building materials department of the French trade commission in Shanghai. She then joined the Lafarge Group in Shanghai as an analyst, being responsible for the gypsum purchasing coordination. Hélène joined the Vigeo team in February 2008. |

Giovanni Familiari - Analyst (Italian) |

Giovanni graduated in Economics and began as analyst at Bluerating, the first Italian website of funds, before moving to Morningstar, the leader global provider of mutual funds analysis. Among his duties, he monitors all SRI European Mutual Funds and develops the SRI index family launched by Avanzi Sri in 2005. |
