Before completing a degree at ESSEC (Grande Ecole for Management and Business Studies), Gérard Schoun had previously held posts as International Development Manager within a subsidiary of the Générale des Eaux Group, as Strategy Manager for SFP (Société Française de Physique), then on the Board of Directors. He took part in the CSR Working Party run by AFNOR (French Standards Organization) and in 2004 had a work published by Editions d’Organisation entitled "Diriger, les 12 leviers du re-imagineering" (12 levers of re-imagineering). |

Holder of a Master's Degree in Economic and Social Sciences, Sophie Thiery worked at the Ministry of Labour on matters relating to occupational training, the validation of qualifications by experience and territorial job-training policies. In 2000, she joined the CFDT, where she held the position of Confederation Secretary in charge of salaries. At the same time, Sophie Thiery participated in negotiations relating to the rules of social dialogue and collective bargaining. |

Graduate in chemical engineering (ENSC Rennes) supplemented by a Master of Sciences in Environmental Measurement Techniques (Chalmers University - Sweden), Emilie Béral worked as a QHSE consultant for Bureau Veritas before finishing a specialization course in Sustainable Development Management (HEC). After conducting a study on supplier relations for the PSA Group, she joined Vigeo SRI Department as an analyst, then as a sector leader and as the quality manager for the Bagnolet site. She is today CSR auditor in Vigeo CSR Audit Department. Emilie received additionally the ADEME licence (2008) to conduct Bilan CarboneTM. |

Graduated from INT Management School, Elodie also followed an Human Resources specialisation in Quebec. She had then the opportunity to work for the Casino Group where she was in charged of the 'Health and Security at work' project. Since June 2007, Elodie has been working at Vigeo as HR Auditor. |

After studying law at the Universidade Federal da Bahia in Brazil, obtaining a DEA (Diploma of Advanced Studies) in International Relations at Paris I and a specialisation in Human Rights at the University of Padua in Italy, Thaïs Compoint worked for international organisations such as the UN and UNESCO as well as with American and Spanish NPOs such as Sodepaz, IDEX, Global Exchange. At Vigeo, Thaïs worked as an SRI analyst for six years and then was in charge of the "Consumer Goods and Services" group. In 2006 she joined the Social Responsibility Audits department. |

Graduate in Company Management and Administration (Toulouse), in Monetary and Financial Economics (Montpellier) and in Capital and Financial Management (Montpellier), Maria-Teresa Diaz Vidana began her career with a varied background, including experience in the banking sector in Andorra and France. She later worked as an analyst at the Andorran Institute of Finances (financial supervisory authority) for four years, where she created the Analysis Department and Documentation Centre. Also a financial journalist, she has closely followed the international financial markets for a long time. |

Ann-Katrin Dolium - Auditor (Finno-Swedish) |

Graduate (BA) in Political Science from Uppsala University in Sweden with a Master's Degree in Company Social Responsibility Management from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (Paris XII), Ann-Katrin worked as research officer on matters relating to the Swedish job market and then as Project Head in an International Trade Union Federation in Geneva before arriving in France in 1999. She has since been active as a Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant before joining the VIGEO Group as Human Rights/Human Resources Director.
