A graduate of the IEP with a doctorate in sociology, Florence Fouquier has acted as director of strategy and communications, and, later, General Secretary of the VVF tourism group. Having accumulated experience in the evaluation of performance relating to social and societal commitment, she joined Vigeo in 2002. |

Zineb Belymam - Auditor (Moroccan) |

While graduating from the National School of Trade and Management Settat (Morocco) with an Audit and Management Control degree, Zineb held several internship positions in auditing field in large Moroccan companies: National Office of Electricity, Royal Air Maroc, BMCE BANK… During her studies, Zineb took part in different projects of sustainable development at SIFE “Students In Free Enterprise". She joined Vigeo as an Auditor in 2008. |

Elodie Bressaud - Auditor (French) |

Graduated from INT Management School, Elodie also followed an Human Resources specialisation in Quebec. She had then the opportunity to work for the Casino Group where she was in charged of the 'Health and Security at work' project. Since June 2007, Elodie has been working at Vigeo as HR Auditor. |

Maria-Teresa Diaz Vidana - Auditor (Andorran) |

Graduate in Company Management and Administration (Toulouse), in Monetary and Financial Economics (Montpellier) and in Capital and Financial Management (Montpellier), Maria-Teresa Diaz Vidana began her career with a varied background, including experience in the banking sector in Andorra and France. She later worked as an analyst at the Andorran Institute of Finances (financial supervisory authority) for four years, where she created the Analysis Department and Documentation Centre. Also a financial journalist, she has closely followed the international financial markets for a long time. |

Ann-Katrin Dolium - Auditor (Finno-Swedish) |

Graduate (BA) in Political Science from Uppsala University in Sweden with a Master's Degree in Company Social Responsibility Management from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (Paris XII), Ann-Katrin worked as research officer on matters relating to the Swedish job market and then as Project Head in an International Trade Union Federation in Geneva before arriving in France in 1999. She has since been active as a Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant before joining the VIGEO Group as Human Rights/Human Resources Director.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in International Relations (ILERI) and a postgraduate diploma in Auditing and Human Resources Management (ISC), Amandine worked for three years as a recruitment consultant for Antéa, then for two years as a HR Auditor for the Mousquetaires Group (hypermarket sector). She joined Vigeo in 2006. |

Pierre Fanuel – Auditor (French) |

Pierre completed his Master’s in Environmental Management and a DESS (postgraduate diploma) in Health and Safety at work at the Université de Montréal in Canada. He then worked as a safety and environment consultant, managing industrial installation compliance projects. He has carried out audits in the industrial and tertiary sectors. In 2005, Pierre obtained an MBA in Risk Management at IMR (Bordeaux School of Management) before joining the CSR Audit Department at Vigeo. Pierre received additionally the ADEME licence (2008) to conduct Bilan CarboneTM. |

Stefano Isolica - Auditor (Italian) |

He holds a B.A. in Business Admnistration with a specialization in Financial Institutions management. He started his professional experiences as SRI analyst at Avanzi SRI Research. In the past years, he has been responsible for Corporate Governance research aimed to advice institutional investors which actively exercise their voting rights during companies shareholders’ meetings. He has written several articles on Corporate Governance issues and on Corporate Social Responsibility of listed companies, and now works as CSR Auditor at Vigeo Italia. |
