After completing a Franco-German postgraduate diploma in Environmental Studies (DESE - Diploma in Specialised Advanced Studies), Ingrid worked for Renault for eight years, initially implementing an environmental management system and then working on environmental problems relating to products, as an eco-design manager for the development stage of a vehicle. She later joined a professional federation where she has managed a European eco-design project and provided auditing and advice to SME/SMI manufacturers. She has been working at Vigeo since 2006. |

Holder of a Master's Degree in Company Environmental Management (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce - La Rochelle) and a Master's Degree in Economic Sciences and Management (Lyon II), Manon Jolivet worked at ABB as Environmental Director and then as Sustainable Development Coordinator. In 2002, she joined the VIGEO Group as Socially Responsible Investment Management Analyst and since then, she has monitored the internal reflection group on the Environment. In 2006, she became Environmental Auditor in the Social Responsibility Audits Department. |

Pascale Rault - Auditor (French) |

After 10 years of internal counselling and legal lobbying in environmental matters in an international group of agro-food industries, Pascale worked as a consultant specializing in the integration of the concept of sustainable development in organizations. She has two different educational backgrounds, scientific and legal, and is the holder of a doctorate in Environmental Sciences (Aix-Marseille) and a DEA in Environmental Law (Paris I). |

Federico holds a B.A. in Business Administration. He is one of the Avanzi SRI partners and the CEO from 2002. After years experienced in corporate audit at Deloitte Co, he started as consultant in social responsibility management, accumulating skills in evaluation of CSR performance relating to social and environmental corporate challenges. |

Holder of a Master's Degree in International Marketing (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce - Strasbourg) and an MBA from the State University of New York, Frédérique Nicoli worked as Global Account Director for AT&T Business Services for 7 years, in New York and then in Paris. After that experience being in charge of the bank/insurance, industry and consumer goods sectors, she graduated in 2007 from the "Sustainable Development and Organisations" Master's Program of Paris Dauphine University before joining the Corporate Social Responsability Audit Department of Vigeo in March 2008. |

Sylvestre Morin - Senior Account Manager (French) |

Graduate of the IECS (Strasbourg), Sylvestre Morin was head of the Financial Information Department at Atos Origin Multimedia (now Atos Worldline). His fields of specialization include banking and finance, industry, utilities, the press and the public sector. He later became Marketing Director at Unilog IT Services, and joined the VIGEO Group in April 2006. |

Fardata Ahamada – Sales & Marketing Assistant (French) |

With a Bac Professionnel in Accounting, Fardata specialises in secretarial and accounting topics. She worked in the association sector before taking on an internship as a SME/SMI administrative assistant, initially as a purchasing assistant for the Nuclear Division of the Westinghouse group, and then joining Vigeo at the end of 2006 as an assistant for major accounts. |

A graduate in Law (University of Santiago de Compostela - Spain and the University of Cardiff - U.K.), Thomas Gérard earned a Master's Degree in Human Rights (Central European University - Budapest). He worked in associative surroundings before joining the CFDT, where he was responsible for matters relating to Human Rights and International Cooperation (Latin America and Asia). A member of the Human Rights National Consultative Human Rights Committee and the French delegation to the International Labour Organisation, Thomas Gérard joined Vigeo in 2005 after earning a Master's Degree in Communications (CELSA - Sorbonne 4 - Paris). He is responsible for the sales of studies and benchmarks, done via the SRI Research at the attention of companies under revue. |
