Florence Fouquier - Director, Social Responsibility Audits Department (French) |

 A graduate of the IEP with a doctorate in sociology, Florence Fouquier has acted as director of strategy and communications, and, later, General Secretary of the VVF tourism group.
In 2002, having accumulated experience in the evaluation of performance relating to social and societal commitment, she joined Vigeo as Mission Director. Florence Fouquier took over as head of the Audits Department at the end of 2005. |

 Holder of the BTS of Management Assistant, Andgie Gautheron acted as Management Assistant in an art object expert appraiser's office, and then as Project Coordinator at Stolt Offshore, Areva and Total. |

Matteo Bartolomeo - Head of CSR Audit Italy (Italian) |

 Matteo holds a B.A. in Economics and in European Master in Environmental Management. He is lecturer in Environmental Economics at Politecnico di Milano, Faculty of Urban and Environmental Planning, as well as a founder of Avanzi, president of Avanzi SRI Research (nowVigeo Italia). He is author of several publications and books on CSR, environmental accounting and policies. He will join the CSR Audit Department. |

Federico Versace - CSR Audit Manager Italy (Italian) |

 Federico holds a B.A. in Business Administration. He is one of the Avanzi SRI partners and the CEO from 2002.
After years experienced in corporate audit at Deloitte Co, he started as consultant in social responsibility management, accumulating skills in evaluation of CSR performance relating to social and environmental corporate challenges.

Laurent Brugeilles - Derivative Products Director (French) |

 Laurent Brugeilles graduated from Audencia (Nantes business school), got an MBA at the Université Laval, Canada, and a specialization in corporate finance. He began his career in ADEME, becoming Regional Manager in Champagne Ardenne and joined the Public markets department of SITA France.
He then managed the Environment activity of SGS in France and was recently Development Director of BMJ Ratings, a French non-financial rating agency.
Laurent joined the Vigeo Team in 2008. |

Frédérique Nicoli - Senior Account Manager (French) |

Holder of a Master's Degree in International Marketing (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce - Strasbourg) and an MBA from the State University of New York, Frédérique Nicoli worked as Global Account Director for AT&T Business Services for 7 years, in New York and then in Paris.
After that experience being in charge of the bank/insurance, industry and consumer goods sectors, she graduated in 2007 from the "Sustainable Development and Organisations" Master's Program of Paris Dauphine University before joining the Corporate Social Responsability Audit Department of Vigeo in March 2008. |

Sylvestre Morin - Senior Account Manager (French) |

 Graduate of the IECS (Strasbourg), Sylvestre Morin was head of the Financial Information Department at Atos Origin Multimedia (now Atos Worldline). His fields of specialization include banking and finance, industry, utilities, the press and the public sector.
He later became Marketing Director at Unilog IT Services, and joined the VIGEO Group in April 2006.

 A graduate of the IEP (Paris), holder of a DESS in Human Resources Management, Eric Babin has many years of experience as personnel director, a position he held in several companies in the Rhone Poulenc, L'Oreal and Nova Chemicals groups. |

Martine Combemale - Project Manager (French) |

|
|
 Holder of a DESS in company auditing and several diplomas in human rights and children's rights, Martine Combemale has more then twenty years experience in the conduct of company audits, as well as the development and appraisal of monitoring methods and systems. Her experience has included work experience in Africa, Asia, Latin America and all parts of Europe.
She has also held the position of Auditing Director of the IIECL (Internal Initiative to End Child Labour).
Martine Combemale, who is also co-author of the Que Sais-Je? Volume on Company Auditing (published in 2005), is Vice-Chairperson of the IAS (Institut des Auditeurs Sociaux) and Chairwoman of the "Human Resources Without Borders" association.
