- Reporting, to all those parties whose support they seek, the nature and methodological principles of the assignment they are carrying out, how the information collected is to be used, the objectives and guarantees provided for any possible interview and more generally, the analysis methods by means of which they formulate their opinions.
- Guaranteeing that they will take into account all information and views of all stakeholders impartially, while strictly respecting all individuals and their rights, including the right to respect the anonymity of sources.
- Only collecting and classifying information relevant to the understanding and/or critical evaluation of the management criteria that make up the audit assignment.
- Ensuring full traceability of information and sources collected during the course of the audit, with strict adherence to the commitment given by Vigeo to respect data protection and anonymity of verbatim reports.
- Refraining from any involvement in any disagreement, pressure, attempting to exert an influence, settling of scores or spreading of rumours, on behalf of or against anyone whosoever, within or outside any organisation or company under review.
- Fulfilling every assignment in a team spirit focused on providing continuous improvement of the management systems under review, and to be courteous, available and tolerant.
- Preventing and abstaining from any act, situation or declaration not detailed and agreed to by the Vigeo partners in the contract, and which might cast doubts on their integrity, dignity, private life or reputation, relating either to their professional training, stakeholders or managers.
