Mission and composition of the Executive Committee |

The Executive Committee performs the following functions: - It deliberates upon the strategic orientations relating to the development of our products and our shares on the national and international markets.
- It controls the operational realization and ensures the follow-up of the Business Plan.
- It defines the principles and rules of human resources management and the organisation of working groups.
The following persons take part into the Executive Committee Nicole Notat, Fouad Benseddik, Sophie Thiéry, Estelle Mironesco, Matteo Bartolomeo and Vincent Brouchet. This Committee is assisted by Catherine Romec*. |

Nicole Notat - Chairwoman (French) |
|
|
|
 A teacher by profession, Nicole Notat has played an active role in French and European trade unionism. Former General Secretary of the French Democratic Confederation of Labour (CFDT), she has also served as Chairwoman of the Conseil de l'Assurance Chomage (Unedic) from 1992 to 1994 and from 1996 to 1998. In 2005, she was appointed member of the Haute Autorité de Lutte contre les Discriminations (HALDE). |

Fouad Benseddik - Institutional Methods and Relations Director (Moroccan) |

|
 Docteur d'Etat in Political Sciences (Paris X), Fouad Benseddik acted as Inspector General of Social Security for Morocco and head of International Relations for the Moroccan Union of Labour. He has also participated in the work of specialist committees of several institutions and international associations (OECD, ILO, WTO, UNCTAD, EESC, ICFTU).
Fouad Benseddik joined Vigeo in December 2002, and is responsible for product quality assurance. In this capacity, he ensures the development of the Group's methodologies and monitors the expertise of the internal teams on the rating and auditing-related referential values. He also pilots the partnerships of the group and coordinates their contributions to research and discussion of Corporate Social Responsibility in European and international institutional and academic circles. Fouad Benseddik is also responsible for the development of the activities of the Vigeo Group in Morocco. |

Sophie Thiéry - Director of the CSR Audit Department (French) |

|
 Holder of a Master's Degree in Economic and Social Sciences, Sophie Thiery worked at the Ministry of Labour on matters relating to occupational training, the validation of qualifications by experience and territorial job-training policies.
In 2000, she joined the CFDT, where she held the position of Confederation Secretary in charge of salaries. At the same time, Sophie Thiery participated in negotiations relating to the rules of social dialogue and collective bargaining. She then joined the Vigeo teams, and became Director of the CSR Audit Department in 2009. |

Estelle Mironesco - SRI Department Director (French) |
|
|
|
 Estelle Mironesco joined Vigeo in nov 2008.
She was previously Director of SRI Research with Natixis Asset Management.
Estelle graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP-EAP) and spent the first 10 years of her career in commercial banking, primarily in London, holding positions in corporate analysis and in sales.
She then worked, for the following 10 years, in asset management companies in Paris where she successively created and managed three buy-side analysis teams on the credit, equity and SRI markets. |

Matteo Bartolomeo - Head of CSR Audit Italy (Italian) |
|
|
|
 Matteo holds a B.A. in Economics and in European Master in Environmental Management. He is lecturer in Environmental Economics at Politecnico di Milano, Faculty of Urban and Environmental Planning, as well as a founder of Avanzi, president of Avanzi SRI Research (nowVigeo Italia). He is author of several publications and books on CSR, environmental accounting and policies. He will join the CSR Audit Department. |

Vincent Brouchet - Technical and Administrative Director (French) |
|
|
|
 A graduate of Essec (Cergy-Pontoise), Vincent Brouchet began by developing marketing data banks in the automobile, distribution network and telecom sectors. After accumulating ten years of experience, he was appointed Technical Services Director and Data Processing Developments and Statistics Director in the Consodata Group, where he created and marketed consumer databases. |

 Catherine Romec has performed the functions of the Secretariat within the offices of the French Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries before becoming assistant to Nicole Notat in 1999, when Nicole Notat was General Secretary of the CFDT confederation of labour. She later accompanied Nicole Notat to Vigeo. |
