Skills needed in Vigeo rating and Vigeo enterprise:

  • Knowledge of one or several analysis fields such as Human Rights, Human Resources, ‎Environments, Business behavior, Corporate governance and Community involvement
  • Analytical skills coupled with synthetic capabilities to establish a rating and rigor when applying ‎Vigeo’s methodology
  • Good writing skills to write summary reports 
  • Good interpersonal skills to  establish a relationship of trust with the client and/or the company ‎
  • Ability to work in a team and to make public presentations ‎
  • A high command of English to communicate with our international clients

 

Auditor and consultant

Several levels of experience and expertise are defined according to competency standards: Junior auditor, auditor, confirmed auditor, senior auditor and project director.‎


Missions of an auditor and consultant:

  • collect and process information
  • prepare, conduct and make good use of interviews
  • assess and rate the company’s commitment in the audited fields
  • write an audit report on the audited fields
  • help write the project report
  • present the results to the client

 

Analyst

Several levels of experience and expertise are defined according to competency standards: analyst, ‎confirmed analyst, senior analyst and sector pole manager.‎

Missions of an analyst:

  • analyze, rate and compare companies’ socially responsible performances
  • write analysis reports: process public, multi-source information and establish contact with the ‎companies and their stakeholders to obtain additional information
  • answer their questions and/or objections ‎
  • monitor sector activities, identify the issues, write sector studies ‎
  • implement a monitoring and an alert on analyzed values
