"Against a difficult economic backdrop, small- and mid-sized companies were able to transform into an opportunity the employment plan for the over-50s (which was initially viewed as a constraint). This was indeed an opportunity to implement an age-management policy within the company for all age-groups, the over-50s included. The ACFCI was able to rally its network of experts in the CCIs (Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and relied on Vigeo’s skills to design a relevant diagnostic model for all small- and mid-sized companies. The pilot testing conducted in several regions with Vigeo’s assistance allowed the small- and mid-sized companies to implement action plans in a reactive and pragmatic fashion. For staff recruitment and career management, the only things that matter are motivation and competences."
