1. Comply with Vigeo values and apply procedures and analysis methods in their entirety, with ‎good faith and fairness
2. Guarantee equity of treatment to any company being examined, in both succession and content ‎of each step of the analysis
3. Respect the legitimate interests of all stakeholders and guarantee equity of taking into account ‎information and views collected from them
4. Guarantee to all Vigeo services users substantial information and well-argued opinions to enable ‎them to exercise both their decision-making and analysis skills according to the diversity of their ‎convictions and/or objectives of investment or assets management
5. Insure the traceability of information and sources collected during the analysis, strictly complying ‎with the company commitment in terms of confidentiality of protected data and source ‎anonymity
6. Never involve themselves in any type of conflict, dispute, influence plot, settling of scores or ‎rumor for or against anyone, within or outside of an organization or company being examined
7. Fulfill any mission of analysis and advice with team spirit, orienting themselves towards sharing ‎experience and constantly improving the company’s services‎

Quality commitment

We are aware of the sensitivity that our opinions may hold for analyzed companies. ‎

That is why:‎

• We have organized our quality control on the basis of exacting rules
• The processes are segmented into distinct steps and experts’ work is always followed by ‎hierarchical certification, on the production platforms as well as within the framework of audit-‎consulting missions
• The principles and processes of our methodology are authorized in detailed manuals available ‎for all our partners
• Before being delivered, our products are evaluated “out-of-production” by the Methods Board

In order to supply research teams with all necessary tools and information, the Information Service:‎

• Provides internal information surveillance and assistance
• Works on the creation and management of indicators databases
• Conducts searches on facts and events via databases (specialized press)
• Maintains Vigeo Intranet system ‎
